Zero tolerance of abuse of staff by patients. In particular, any patients who provide false or misleading information to staff to secure appointments and thereby endangers patients or staff should be removed from the patient list immediately, and informed that they have committing an offence under the Health Protection (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020, section 15 (2).
